President. Leslie has worked in the pension industry for over 30 years. She has extensive experience in both defined benefit and defined contribution plan administration and consulting. She has practiced in Lafayette, LA, Washington, D. C. and Baton Rouge, LA. Leslie has served as Vice President and Employee Benefits Manager in the banking industry and was an Associate Director in the tax division of a major Louisiana based accounting firm before joining Employee Plan Compliance in 2012. Leslie coordinates new and takeover plan implementation for Employee Plan Compliance Company and is responsible for providing consulting services to our clients.

Robert C. Schmidt
Secretary/Treasurer. Bob attended Yale University and graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics. He attended the University of Virginia, where he received a Juris Doctor Degree. Bob received an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He is listed in the Tax and Employee Benefits Law section of The Best Lawyers in America, S. Naifeh and G. Smith. Bob is an ERISA attorney with over 30 years of experience. He is employed by the law firm of Kean Miller, LLP. Bob provides plan design, and consulting support services to Employee Plan Compliance Company and may be engaged through Kean Miller, LLP.

R. Kay Kohn
Account Administrator. Kay received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University and has 20+ years of accounting experience. She has been with Employee Plan Compliance since 1998. Kay is directly involved in all aspects of retirement plan compliance and recordkeeping and specializes in complex plan accounting issues.

Maryll M. Creeley
Account Administrator. Maryll obtained her Bachelors of Arts from LSU and has been with Employee Plan Compliance Company since 2012. She is involved in all aspects of retirement plan compliance and record keeping and has been instrumental in in the implementation of new systems to streamline processing for our clients.
